Agency inquiries and bookings

LeadRun collects your company name, name, business email, phone number, team size, requested call volume, referral information and the contact disclosure accepted when you submit. These details support responding to your inquiry and arranging a call. TrustedForm records evidence of the form and its disclosure. HighLevel receives booking details when you use the calendar and may receive inquiry details when our inquiry connection is enabled.

Advertising measurement

Where permitted, we use Meta Pixel to share page views and successful business-inquiry submissions with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. This can include browser and device information, page address, advertising-cookie or click identifiers and a unique event identifier. If server reporting is enabled, the same inquiry event can also include IP address and browser information. We do not send your form name, email, phone, company name, team size or requested call volume to Meta for customer matching.

Advertising tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent and when your location cannot be determined. No advertising consent banner is currently provided, so those visitors are not measured. Ad clicks and impressions on Meta can still be counted. Your agreement to receive contact from LeadRun is not advertising consent.

Your choices

You can opt out of advertising measurement using your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting, which this site honors, or by blocking advertising cookies and requests in your browser. Existing advertising refusals saved on this site are honored. To withdraw contact consent, reply STOP to a text message or request withdrawal through the email or phone conversation with LeadRun. Withdrawing does not erase the evidence of your earlier contact agreement.

This form is for agency business inquiries, not beneficiary or patient information. Do not submit health information or customer lists.
